Division website. The purpose of the Tax Collection and Licensing Division
is to collect taxes on real property and personal property such as boats,
aircraft, and business fixtures and equipment as required by the State
of California and to regulate businesses operating in the unincorporated
area of Sacramento County to promote improved enforcement of ordinances
that protect the public and prevent nuisances and neighborhood disturbances.
