The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors established the Treasury Oversight
Committee, pursuant to Government Code section 27131, by
Resolution No. 96-0163 on February 27, 1996. The committee is comprised
of ten members whose duties include:
1) review of the Annual Investment
Policy of the Pooled Investment Funds; 2) quarterly review of investments;
and 3) causation of an annual audit of
the Pooled Investment Fund portfolio. This committee may not direct individual
investments nor impinge on the day-to-day operations of the county treasury.
